Placing An Order
While we don't impose any minimum order quantity, we are primarily a wholesale business. However, we're happy to deliver 1 unit orders as well, but if customization or imprint decoration is required, then the cost for this varies as per quantity and scales down significantly as quantity increases, and stabilizing between 50-100 units. So, depending on the product, we recommend ordering 50-100 units minimum for good value pricing of our products with customization. You can use our website to check the customization costs by changing the quantity and clicking "Apply" to get an idea of customization costs, while our product costs are fixed regardless of quantity.
Our standard production lead times are:
1 day for unbranded orders
4-5 days for branded orders up to 250 units
5-6 days for branded orders up to 500 units
6-7 days for branded orders up to 1500 units and so on...
For delivery within the UAE, we deliver all orders within 1 day.
For delivery to other countries, kindly check with your dedicated sales point of contact.
We accept credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) or bank transfer. American Express credit cards aren't accepted unfortunately.
We can add your logo or design on any of our products. Simply go to www.jasani.ae and login using your portal account. Select suitable products from our inventory of 2500+ products, and email your dedicated sales representative with the artwork files and product list. You will receive mockups within 24 hours.
All artwork files must be vectorized artworks in PDF, AI, EPS or equivalent file formats for accurate customization. In case you only have an image file like high resolution PNG or JPG, then our designers can help you convert that into a vector format.
After the order is placed, we will first prepare the pre-production sample. During this time, you can request changes and we can accommodate changes for a small fee. However, after you have approved the pre-production sample, we initiate bulk production, so it may or may not be feasible to make changes after this stage. You would need to check with your sales representative who will try their best to accommodate changes if possible.
Yes, our in-house design team can assist with generating virtual mock-ups and options with your designs or ideas on our products. We can also assist with custom packaging designs.

Yes we do. We have a marketing portal which contains all the neutral ready-made marketing materials that you can use to promote your products - flyers, emailers, product videos, pitch decks, social media content, and high resolution photos.
Shipping, Returns, & Bulk Orders
We deliver to the following countries on DDP basis as importer on record (IOR) taking full responsibility of the shipment process and costs:
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, South Africa and India
We can also assist with deliveries anywhere in the world on DAP basis if the recipient can act as the importer on record (IOR) having a local entity in country. In such cases, we can provide an estimated shipping cost excluding duties, which our courier partners would charge the recipient of the order during the shipment process on actuals. Our courier partner may also require certain documents and paperwork from the recipient for customs clearance, depending on the country and product category being shipped, which is the responsibility of the recipient to provide in a timely manner. Any delays would result in storage charges to be paid by the recipient.

Check our website to estimate shipping costs within the UAE. If your delivery location is outside UAE, then our team will check and provide you an estimate.
Yes, we will refund all returned items in original condition. Shipping costs are not subject to be refunded.
Yes, you can purchase samples on our website for review, or request your dedicated sales representative to send you samples on returnable basis with a deposit fee. Once the samples are returned, we can refund the deposit fee. You can also collect samples from any of our locations.
