We are seeking
an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to oversee and represent a portfolio
of six premium brands: Moleskine, XDDESIGN, Ocean bottle, Circular & CO, SKROSS,
and CROSS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2C and
B2B brand management and channel strategy. This individual will play a critical
role in expanding our brands' presence across various channels, driving
distribution growth, and ensuring the brands remain relevant, engaging, and
aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and management of the six
brands, ensuring consistent and impactful positioning in the market.
- Drive brand growth by identifying and leveraging new
distribution channels, both online and offline.
- Develop and execute channel strategies to expand the brand
footprint across various B2B and B2C platforms.
- Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to
maintain and elevate brand presence across key markets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demands to
continuously push the brand strategy forward.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns
that enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Maintain relationships with key partners and distributors to
ensure strong and sustained brand performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand management, channel strategy, and
expanding brand distribution.
- Strong background in B2B and B2C markets with a deep
understanding of both sectors.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with diverse
teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Additional certifications in Brand Management or Digital
Marketing are a plus.
